We have Lift Off!

Tummy lift off that is. Isabella has been army crawling for a few weeks and this week she's got her tummy off the ground and is fully crawling. She's getting faster and faster each day. Here's some video of her crawling.

Her tummy is not the only thing she's gotten off the ground this week. Isabella's two favorite things to get her hands on since she has been crawling are the outlet covers (I thought those were supposed to deter babies from plugs!) and of course anything electronic. We thought the computer was safe and out of her reach on the chair, but she has quickly proved us wrong...

She decided not to give us any time to get used to her crawling. She wanted to do it all in one week. Isabella's pulling up on anything and everything. Hopefully we'll have some video of her walking some time soon. :)

Congrats Isabella! Good luck Sarah and Jeff! We put dresses on Grace so she didn't crawl too quickly...you might want to give that a try ;o)

I love the videos. Isabella has a look on her face that lets you know she is looking for something to get in to now that she is mobile. I don't think she is going to be crawling long. Ohhhh Mom, your days of sitting down are over. You might as well remain standing at all times. Look out Maggie!

Wow! What an exciting and busy couple of days you have all had. Nothing is safe any more other than up on the kitchen counters. I don't think Maggie can jump that far.

Go, Isabella!!! What I learned when Lily started pulling up is that she was taller than I had thought! Places I figured were out of reach were definitely not! (I am linking your blog to mine, if that is ok!!)

Look at her go! Can you believe they are old enough to be mobile? It's so amazing. And I am sure Avery would LOVE to teach Isabella how to float ;)
